The Geometry of Leadership: Mapping Impact

The Geometry of Leadership was a bespoke 60-minute workshop designed for young-adult executives and entrepreneurs at the 2025 SURGE Conference. Emerging professionals are often asked to lead amid uncertainty, managing peers, newcomers, and even seasoned stakeholders. How do you navigate these dynamics while staying true to your values?


This interactive, reflective workshop invites participants to explore the foundations of values-driven leadership. Attendees identify the principles that define their leadership style, learn to lead with clarity and integrity, and discover how to transform complexity and change into opportunities for growth and impact.


By the end of the session, participants begin crafting a personal framework for adaptive, values-based leadership, equipping them to inspire trust, foster collaboration, and create meaningful influence across teams and systems. Leadership is a regenerative process—adapting, evolving, and growing alongside your experiences, narratives, and environment.


Together, we explore how to harness your story and values to build trust, foster transparency, and shape a positive organizational culture, turning challenges into opportunities for impact.
