With over seven years of organizational development and start-up building experience in operations and strategic roles, I bring expertise in business management, strategy, and fiscal stewardship and a passion for optimizing people, processes, and cultural team dynamics. 

Soon to be armed with a Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics and a Certificate in Leading and Managing Change from the University of Pennsylvania, my approach is rooted in diagnosing challenges, co-creating solutions, and driving continuous improvement to achieve impactful, sustainable results. Leveraging non-profit leadership and board experience, I excel in aligning organizational goals, enhancing operations, and fostering strategic growth while cultivating meaningful relationships.
